@CookiezR4milk putt vtol up before you start the engines. The torque from the blades destabilise the plane in the ground if left that way for a while. Oh and I suggest to start from a flat non moving surface. Although it is capable of carrier landings, the move of the ship at start, tilts the aircraft.
I have some suggestions . Russian airforce SU-34 with interior, Kamov 226 firefighter aaaand get ready...1976 Mig -105 from spiral program. The last one will be the first in the site, truly a special aircraft for a special occasion from a fantastic builder . mig-105
I missed this! Fantastic, amazing artistic performance, even the hair moves. And this smoke effect is wonderful. But not a single vote? What's going on with these people? So everyone should see it! Congratulations . Do not missed list !
Oh another tail-Sitter, and is FAST. Part plane, part rocket, part spaceship ! If you add some parachutes on top for landing you will end up with a great airplane. Nice work
@ColonelStriker I certainly do not have the knowledge to do this. Mr Moore has done a very interesting job, paradoxically the most interesting was his study of the low acoustic trail of the plane. In my case, I wanted to see if and how the control surfaces would work. I hope I have succeeded.
If you are interested here is the pdf for the dissertation from NASA.
@Mmdben Nooo you dont want the CoM to be so close to CoL. Remember in horizontal mode the plane self balance if CoL is behind CoM, same thing in tail sitters, helps the transition. Close is ok, but same CoM-CoL is bad news. I thank you for stopping and checking my post. Happy flights
@Mmdben Oh the "Pogo", nice plane. Excellent choice, I promise to wright a full description on launch. In Vtol is all about balance, in "tail-sitters" I prefer to have a CoM close to CoL, this way is easier to pitch even in low speeds. The hardest thing is yaw control in vertical mode, but even in this we have solutions...
I will be happy to exchange views on aerodynamic design. To be honest, that's why I make my planes.
@Mmdben Yes is very forgiving aircraft. It can hover above 5ft and has -+20 pitch control in vertical mode. Actually you can land it and hover-taxi to the hangar and take off again and again. You can not see from these photos but it has a very original decent rudder. Even the landing gears work as stabilizers !
Beautiful design, I like that you decided to do something of yours. A small objection is the flaps that cover all the parts of the main wing. Perhaps it would be more beautiful to choose only the internal ones near the fuselage.
Wonderful aircraft, with a beautiful open cockpit. If you had the historic weight and the power of the engines it would be magnificent. Keep up the fantastic job.
Nice entry and visual interesting, In my humble opinion the constriction needed little more lift , maybe it would be beneficial to change the airfoil from symmetric to more realistic for motor gliders, flat bottom . Happy flights
@MasterKiryu I believe that the 100 upvote Mark is totally feasible, but the most important thing is to have fun. And this is a fun airplane. Keep up the good work
This is the best (and I mean the best) "plane" I've seen so far, an incredible creative combination of ornithopter and prop. Amazing detail with huge doses of fantasy. What a pity I can not spotlight it. I recommend that everyone download it ! And you gain one more follower. Happy flights
@stargazzer thanks for the vote and for following. @tully2001 Thanks for the vote and for the feature. Happy flights everybody.

Βeam me up !
Ah i missed the first vote :-(
Really delightful, congrats
Υou do not need descriptions, the pictures speak on their own. Great plane !

I did not know that Colombia was making cotton. Great pilot skills and very nice selection of video.
I missed this! Fantastic, amazing artistic performance, even the hair moves. And this smoke effect is wonderful. But not a single vote? What's going on with these people? So everyone should see it! Congratulations . Do not missed list !
It is very beautiful. maybe it could be somewhat less fast, however I think that for your level it's worth to spotlight. Keep up the good work.

Not bad, little nose heavy. Keep up the good work
@Othawne Who would choose to walk when he could fly safely. Unless he did it for exercise ;-)
@SakuraSaku Νο my friend you had fantastic ideas, I just copy ready stuff! The bacteriophage plane was fantastic, I still remember it.
@DarDragon Thanks for the vote and for following
@ColonelStriker I almost forget, a very good job at your "omicron". I loved the air intakes and your use of the Greek alphabet.

Not bad, original work . Keep it up
@sodiumcloride Thank you very much for the spotlight, we are eagerly waiting for your next aircraft.
@Shippy456 thanks I always include parts of our daily life or a theme in the description. ✌
@CrashFighter05 lol we don't have crowns in Europe 😁 🇬🇷
Oh I missed that. Very beautiful work, congrats!
@Blitz2848 thanks I'm glad you liked it :-)

@Mmdben Great work in your "-EWR 101VJ X-2" looks complicated. Puffin has only 2 AG, one for "decent rudder" and one for 4 airbrakes.

@Mmdben Thanks, until the upload I have a link in the first comment from the original nasa programm.

@JamesBoA No you do not ! ;-)

Love the details in the mouth.
Electric Vtol - Tail Sitter
It is never late. Make an unlisted copy and add it as link in the description. Καλή συνέχεια !
Well-balanced and authentic creation. Wonderful air brakes and realistic afterburning!
If it is to talk about size, this really counts. It also flies superbly !
After so many replicas, I really loved your innovation! Keep up the good work

Finally, we need more Greek wings in SP ! Good job. Ah and Greek in the photo are actually correct. Nice effort
@Minecraftpoweer Check the Mig-8 it is simulating hemi- symmetrical lift canards, but even this eventually will fall without power .
Wonderful aircraft, with a beautiful open cockpit. If you had the historic weight and the power of the engines it would be magnificent. Keep up the fantastic job.
Awesome indeed
Very original design and extremely complex, congratulations

@arata don't worry you doing fine. Keep doing what you like, the most important thing is to have good time.

Why this great build has only one vote?
