For Discord : if you have a Custom Screenshot already. Go to Discord, Then send it to your Private Server. After that Click the Picture then there's an ⬆️ on the Right Up. Then click it then there's a Three Dots on the Right Up again, click it and it says "Open in Chrome", then Copy that Link of the Photo..
If you're done Copying the Link, Write this in your Description
"" Paste the link of your Photo inside the "( )".

For Mobile, Find the + button on the Left, Click it then click the "Create my Own" then "For me and my Friends. Then done. Click the + button on Down Left then Select any Image u want.
