I have tried a few things and i will say the body and wings need to change. A longer body and a lift. You might need to redesign it from the ground up.
My most recent upload has unbreakable wing pieces. Just take a wing of that and save in the sub assemblies. They are xml modded structure panels with the wing physics and control surfaces enabled
I could do it for you. Resize is easy for me and more powerful engines. Structure panels with wing physics, makes the wing stronger. Angles are also possible here is a link to a build that i helped with.

Firstly dont sell your self short. You have a lot of nice detailed planes. I have a friend on here who used to think his stuff was not very good but it is. All you need is a follower base. Part clipping has become part of the game. Yes first it was a glitch but now its a popular way to do many things. I agree with it being in game as a lot of stuff i do in the xml files would be easier if i could just change it in the in game editor. So yeah i agree with both sides of this. @Skua @ValtsuAircraftIndustries @Baldovino
This is the 2nd such post i have seen. Not sure of the solution. Try uninstall and reinstall and reset the device. If that does not work we will try contacting the moderators and they can let the devs know and hopefully get this fixed for you :)

There is a fair amount of cool stuff you can do in the xml files
The xml file can be edited so that structure panels can have control surfaces and wing physics

Also general360's is also very accurate and flies well too. Most of his replicas are really accurate and fly well

Try uninstall and re install. It works most of the time and someone on a kindle device had a similar issue and it fixed it for him. Worth a try
Good idea for pc users. However i doubt a mobile could handle all the little bits

Dont you just love it when that kinda happens. I built my boomerang before i found blueprints to find it is very close in size and performance.
Feel free to take the wings off. When used together and check the activation groups cos i think i used 1 and 2 for the rotators.
