@MechWARRIOR57 kinda is. If you use the normal glitch, the object "floats" about four blocks above the ground. Technically the wheel is touching the ground, but the wheels is glitched into being stretched out five blocks wide. If the glitch was done with a wheel that is 3 blocks wide, if attached correctly, it should float about a block above the ground.
@Oooo1 technically my dad does, but I just clean out the filters, feed them, and shoo off a stupid huge heron that tries to eat the fish. We already had two fish eaten this summer. Now we have a huge net spread across the pond.

As in paint job, do you mean like, camouflage, circles, symbols, etc? I think you need mods for that. But simply painting a vehicle is quite simple
