From what I've observed, you probably mean 'It can't turn!' Well, aircrafts turn by creating torque. For fixed-wing aircrafts, this is usually done by altering the lift at different parts of the fuselage. For example, if you give a positive (upward) lift in the front and a negative lift on the tail, the plane will go nose-up. Ailerons, flaps and other control surfaces also produce a little torque as they produce more lift at the back of the wing than at the front. This is, however, too small to be taken into account and that's why your design doesn't work that well.
There are two possible solutions I've thought of. One is to add another wing next to the one alredy there and edit its shape to make them look like one wing so more torque is produced by the control surface and the wing in front; Another is to move the wing tip backwards and use two elevators at the root and tip respectively working in opposite directions so there is a greater torque on the wing.
open the .xml file of the craft, find the gun under <parts> ,put in bulletScale='(x-axis scale),(y-axis scale),(z-axis scale)' (probably '2,2,1' )in the category Gun.State
What is the map mod you used in the first picture?
The aircraft fits nicely into the terrain : )
What do you mean by 'flying weirdly' ?

How do you post posts by the way?
it seems a bit smaller than the actual one
is this just two xml-modded guns with some rotating and extending things? The idea of negative damage deserves an uptove, though.
and you can copy the color you painted the block with and paste it to tracerColor='paste here'

I don't think it's stealth @Athaya
