Document IV: Description
Document IV.A: Synopsis
The YFA-543, offically named Richthofen III, is a proposed continuation of the Roter Baron line of fighters and planned to be the Corporation's seventeeth aircraft. Despite the similarities to its predecessor, its design follows a more conservative and stealth-oriented approach in combat not unlike the doctrine used by the USAF. It made its maiden flight at May 2, 2092, the 200th birthday of the renowned Manfred von Richthofen where the RB fighters got their name. To commemorate this, the first and currently only YFA-543 was painted with an all-red livery reminiscent of the ace's colors.
Document IV.B: Design
The Richthofen III continues the reverse sweep wing design prevalent with the now phased-out F/A-243. As mentioned earlier, its design is now more oriented for conservative dogfighting doctrine by maintaining distance. However, to keep the building of the prototype affordable, its stealth was kept to the level of early 21st century fifth-generation fighters. The cockpit has also been made less utilitarian and more ergonomic, using a tentative update to the COINED2 enclosed cockpit system innovated by Darkhound Corporation. Due to being an experimental aircraft, the YFA-543's core interface functions are restricted to only autopilot and its weapon systems.
Document IV.C: Armament
The YFA-543 is equipped with the Umgeben.V411 Long-range AESA Radar, and it is minimally armed with the MPM-S missiles only as a means of self-defense if the prototype was to be engaged during test flights. It also has an experimental Schienenkanone-81 Prototype Model A 150mm railgun mounted beneath its nose, with only ten rounds due to space limitations in the airframe.

@X99STRIKER Amogus thing. I didn’t understand the jar.
@BeastHunter
Wait the jar or the amogus thing?
@BeastHunter
I’m not exactly sure what that was…
But it was weird.
@X99STRIKER Sort of. Thanks for commenting what I would have on the yellow thing. I just chose to ignore it. I’m glad it’s removed.
@BeastHunter
Are my comments interesting?
@BeastHunter
I suppose your welcome.
@X99STRIKER Thanks for showing me this plane.
I’ve looked over some of your builds, I like your style.
