Adds a picture to the designer you can use to build by or something.
Load images by url or by name / word from pictures folder located next to the mod folder.
You can also use keywords from previous images. Let's say you have an f 16. then putting f 16 or f16 there might load it.

Usage:
Put an url there or file name of file in the pictures folder.
Pictures folder is located next to mods folder.
Click front of plane, middle, back
Enter the distance between the front and back. In meters or feet
example 5m or 20ft
The axis buttons (X,Y,Z) rotates the picture like you rotate with the buttons SP has for rotating.
The Rotation/Position/scale buttons resets to default.
The fields with numbers sets scale, rotation and position.
Use move tool to move stuff. Click and drag one of the "balls"

Background: Your aircraft will always be visible, the picture is in the background
3D: Just kind of like a flat part with the picture on. If its visible depends on placement.
