Believe me, I had no intention of getting to a higher rank when I first made my account, I saw those Platinum players when I first joined about 1.5 years ago, and though to myself, "Hehe, I'm never gonna get enough points to be with the Platinum Users." But hey, look at me now! I never gave up, I kept posting, and pretty soon I was starting to become a slightly relevant account! I still remember my first build that was actually popular, a fully functional model of the Maverick REV-6 Nerf Gun. It got lots of upvotes, way more than I had originally anticipated, and it inspired me to make more creations, it gave me hope that I would actually be able to contribute something nice to SimplePlanes! And hey,as long as you do the same, and you don't stop trying to strive for greatness, good things are sure to come!

@Jim1the1Squid gold is still a notable accomplishment, I was ecstatic when I hit gold! Funny enough, now that I think about it, I was more excited when I hit Gold than when I hit Platinum yesterday, I guess it was because I was still kinda new and didn't know exactly what I was doing, lol.
