I just updated the website with a new feature that will allow you to provide redirects on your airplane posts.
Here's an example of how this can be used. Say you have an airplane on the website called Airplane A and you make some tweaks and upload a new airplane called Airplane B. You can now go to Airplane A's page, click Edit Redirect under the dropdown menu, and then link it to your new Airplane B post (screenshot).
Then when someone visits Airplane A, then will see a page like this letting them know there is an updated version of the airplane and give them the option to visit the old airplane post or the new airplane post. Hopefully some of you will find the feature useful. Thanks for playing!
I just found out about this @jamesPLANESii
I missed this lmao
I thing I was gliding or something that weekend.
that’s pretty y e e t
Very neat
This isn't what we asked for, but we needed it. Thanks! This is actually really helpful
@Leehopard Okay, you should be able to remove a post redirect now by just leaving the text field blank and clicking Submit.
@BogdanX Ah I see thank you
@Leehopard Lol, sorry about that. I'll fix that soon so you can erase an existing redirect.
Andrew, the I can't see the screenshots when I click on the 2 links. Could you please fix it (unless I'm the only one with this problem) ?
time to create an infinite redirect path to waste people's time
Now this is good stuff.
Please add screenshots as planepicture In vanilla!
I have an idea for an update. Maybe try like the SimpleRockets 2 where u can save an exit and ur plane will stay there and u can switch to it? That would be very useful for builds and stuff like that. Just an idea.
Ooo thank you sir this will be very useful.
Now I'm going need to update a lot of builds....
Youc an do this for infinity?
I can't seem to figure out where to find the 6 digit ID to paste into the original?
is it in sp website @andrewGarrison?
when will 1.9 update be out?
Probably the best feature ever devised. Thanks!
@AndrewGarrison so i had a question: is there a difference between a mod and a dev when it comes to "power"
how to cancel it? tried to redirect to itself but can't
Ooo definitely gonna do this with my KV-2 revamp
DARN GOOD
Neat
