After thorough consideration, moderator team has decided to enforce the following rule:
"While we allow photoshoped thumbnails, post with misleading thumbnails will be removed."
This means that thumbnail must depict the build as it is, without details being added in photoshop or other image editing program. It is also not allowed to use a picture not related to the build for thumbnail.
Furthermore, we have decided to enforce the following rule:
"Please do not post upvote links."
Build to which upvote link is posted might be removed and a strike issued for abusing the voting system.

Edit:
- The new rule doesn't restrict edited backgrounds/frames on thumbnails, in-flight pictures of builds, writing on thumbnail, and similar. As long as the image of the build matches the actual build, it is fine.
- The rules do not apply to builds posted before the rules were created.

@KnightOfRen there needs to be more change than just the color. Moving a few sliders isn't enough effort to consider the build not a copy.

@X4JB depends. If they are NSFW, post will be removed, if the build isn't an anime girl but anime girl is shown instead of the build, it will be removed. Build must be clearly shown as it is, and background can be anything you want.
