Im not a real trucker, but add panel lines and stuff, thats nice.

Whenever I buy a new truck I always try to get the largest cab possible for more storage space (I know cab space does nothing different in game but I'm sure it does in real life)
On the exterior I prioritize paint job and flare lights, I always have dark paint jobs so more light should help other drivers see the truck during night time (which again doesn't matter in game but it does in real life)
And cab spoilers as well, aerodynamics is important for truck performance
