People, I'm getting sick and tired of seeing many users asking me such things. (No offense here lol)
On this site, there are no rules limiting you to tweak and reupload a modified version of your own. As long as you make some changes and give credit, I guarentee you'll be fine 100% of the time.
So next time, if you're already familiar with the rules; instead of asking such questions, JUST GO AHEAD AND DO WHATEVER YOU WANT.
Also, I encourage all of you to redirect users to this page in case you see someone asking such things. Lol

@QingyuZhou to make it short, someone made a successor of one of her posts, became mad about it bc he didn't ask forher permission and she found the successor destroyed the original build, so she deleted her account. Then the drama started and now she recovered her account. The end

Also people are different. I personally don’t mind people modifying my stuff a bit, but some people hate it even when you modify their thing beyond recognition.
