Recently, I learnt how to set custom thumbnails (check the bottom of the post for instructions). However, after loading an image via the blueprint and clicking "Share", the blueprint with the image would disappear. I tried searching for solutions or other posts, to no avail.
Instructions: Create your custom thumbnail, go to the "Blueprint" functions in the designer (click the eye), press "Open image" then share the post, zoomed into the blueprint (This part did not work for me.)

This is why the folks who enjoys my builds dropped to 95% since I returned to post a BT-7. So I'm inactive now because we lost the ability to upload custom thumbnails. So presentation over build performance are emerging nowadays claps pc users

That would be possible if simpleplanes had a roblox-like moderation system, basically bots @exosuit
@Tully2001 easy fix, only let custom thumbnails if a person has more than 100 pts, like the thing that allows you to post pics in bios, but for the website
Also due to the fact we can now post unlisted planes, it could be possible to make the custom images posted on the website itself (so the web can successfully check if you have 100 pts)

@NightmareCorporation @Tully2001 Maybe we can introduce a credibility system, like a seperate point system when you earn credibility based on the content you create (because the normal point system is not objective) and potentially can get rewarded by players with high credibility.

If we let everyone can access it
Many white player will violent the rule
The Bronze player many of them for sure
The Silver players most of them are kids and most of them are adult
And the gold players most of them are adults and good builder's so yeah
Sense many gold player's are in Mobile

not calling name but months ago someone posted a plane and they added something to the thumbnail that isn't present in the actual build

making the mods review each thumbnail wouldn't be efficient because of the amount of creations are posted each hour and the mods would be more focused on reviewing thumbnails instead of moderating the site

Upload with screenshot mod kinda works, but you can't post a custom image.

Ever since blueprints were available in-game, i always wanted to make custom thumbnails without the need of downloading Designer Suite, but off course, this has to happen!
