to start off, I am Kapampangan from the archipelago of Philippines, a member of ASEAN. The reason I am asking is because I am thinking of creating a discord server of any users from ASEAN and friends of users, not necessarily ASEAN, similar to what the chinese users did with TSAD, and not Chinese, the MASTERS group I presume, to be inclusive and aid builders, or just send memes at an ungodly hour. I dont know, TSAD and MASTERS predates this account and I dont know how they ran their ship but I assume they helped because their builds are really great and not just from a single user.
Anyway, I am Kapamangan and asking if there are any users from ASEAN?

Well more unpleasantly, there is a dispute whether if Republic of China is part of People's Republic of China, which in this time is causing uneasiness in the South China Sea, with the spratley islands, Scarborough shoals, and pissing everyone with its sea claims. It be a distant future until Taiwan is able to join ASEAN
