Okay I figured out how to fix it (at least on mobile)
Step one: make a mistake
Step two: move the part you messed up
Step three: click undo
Nothing should be lost

I don’t like the undo button at all

This is why it's better to just save often and reload the craft when you make an error. Undo button is so impractical to use that it's better ignored.

This is the reason why I started saving backups just in case.

Omg, I know right? I really hate this issue, just having to do so much work ALLL over again just because the Undo button was like "YEET"

It should come with a prompt going like: Are sure you wish to change your life's decisions?

Already got accurate shape of a build and accidentally pressed undo button and when i redo the shape is back to the default shape

same here, when i XML mod a bunch of stuff, then i accidentally rip off the nose of my plane, then all of the XML modded stuff gets reverted.
