How do you spotlight people and there post?

@ijustwantplay No you need more points than the person you're spotlighting to spotlight them.
I noticed the button up top I kinda felt stupid when I seen it long as you are higher in points your good
And i think you need to be at least silver, as i couldnt spolight posts before i had 1k points, but im not certain if thats a requirement
