Putting videos in the description is not currently possible. However, you can put a gif. I use Giphy, which allows the gif to be entered in just like an image.
You cannot. Only .gif files
To make gif files go to giphy.com make sn account then make a gif using the instructions shown then get the .mp4 link and change ".mp4" to ".gif"

If you mean a url to a video just do like this: [Click here] (Link to video) remove spaces
When you put the gif make sure to replace https to http
