So I'm creating the F-4 Phantom, and it's a tandem 2 seater. The rear i've dedicated to navigation, etc. I have the cockpit scaled super small and in a dummy's head. Then I grabbed a camera, put it on top of the glass fuselage and used part positioning to put it inside the second dummy's head, but the thing is in game the camera's POV is on top of the glass fuselage. Please help me.
@QuitePossiblyMangled I did a facepalm, it ended up working, and I ended up looking like a deer in headlights. Well: ok I did it
@WarshipDude yep, I realized that. thanks m8
The camera was offset by one block up for your own convenience
Hmpth
@BagelPlane ahhh
Move the camera to the desired location (dummy head). Then go to nudge, and set it to 0.5. Nudge down once. Bingo, you're done.
@QuitePossiblyMangled lol
My brain is the wrinkliest
@WiiMini try changing the attachment from the glass fuselage to the dummy seat, or put it lower since there is an offset with the camera
@QuitePossiblyMangled ok I will try that. If it ends up working, I'm gonna do a facepalm
Just move the camera down more
@Learpot thank you comrade
@WiiMini
Relatable. I will try my best not to
@Learpot I've had someone accidentally leak it, which almost ruined it all, so please be very careful. I will give you credit
@WiiMini
Sure thing comrade
@Learpot got ya, I'll tag it. Just post the fixed version unlisted, and don't leak it
@WiiMini
Make sure to tag me on that post
@WiiMini
Sure I can try
@Learpot dude you got it backwards. I have two seats. 1 has a cockpit view that works like a dream. The other has a camera that's in a different viewing position. If you think you can fix it, I will send the Phantom unlisted
I think the problem is that the game thinks the cockpit is in a different position than it should be. But I think using a camera should fix it
