If you don't know this game, lemme do a bit of crappy storytelling. Il-2 Sturmovik is a flight sim about the Il-2 aircraft which served with the USSR throughout the Soviet campaigns like Barbarossa and after this, a few other sims were churned out like Il-2 Forgotten Battles and Il-2 Pacific Fighters. But one of these sims stand out for me which is Il-2 1946. I like it because it has cool wunderwaffen like the Triebflugel and Ho229 and the fact that it is not demanding in specs so that the plebian like me with a crap Intel i3 could play it with ease. The downsides are that it's paid and Steam doesn't use gcash transactions unlike google play where I got SP and the fact my laptop has no num-pad and that means crap controls. I don't even have a joystick and even worse, Il-2 1946 is only made for old WinOS versions like Win7 or WinXP and I need to do a bit of fixing in the config.ini which I can't find in other games that I have like Learn to Fly 3. The Il-2 sale lasts for 3-4 days in ?140 something pesos which is cheap but I can't buy because my mom probably has no credit card balance so I'll just wait. (why did i extend this) There is a mod pack called ypack which not only makes more aircraft flyable but also adds a few more but the fact that some of the files are corrupt and most of the wunderwaffen are gone is bad.
