It seems that certain people are allowed to have profile pictures that directly conflict with the rules. Among other violations, this is extremely infuriating because it results in these users getting away with rule violations with no way of reporting them, especially if their bio has been removed. Can we please add a button to report users with inappropriate names and profile pictures separate of the one used to report biographies? Thanks.

This is basically encompassed within the report option on a user's bio. If you include the offenses in your report, the mods can assess them.
