For some reason, complex FT codes on a contraption such as parallax turrets seems to consume more resources than a 1000 part plane. I've tested his test build on my phone and it runs like 1-5 FPS. Please fix this as FT is mostly used on almost all of my builds as well as other players' builds.
@SimpleStudent t Don't think so, it's deleted here's a newer version made by the same user but it's no longer laggy thanks to variables
hey the "parallax turret" link doesn't work. Isn't that the turret with the camera controlled aim? and how do i make it?
@PlanariaLab well, i reduced the turret numbers. It does drastically reduced the resources consumed. Thanks for suggestions. Maybe I should find a way to simplify my FT on my tank engines as well.
Try changing the machine gun activation group or reducing the number of turrets.
The test machine is like a kind of demonstration, packed with an unnecessary amount of features.

Also, my little brain can't simplify the formula any further because it takes a lot of calculations to deal with the tilt of the cockpit. (We need to create a completely different calculation method)

@Grob0s0VBRa yes, FT does consume resources. I also noticed that FT on the engines on my tanks lags the game.
Hmm, my PC runs a ~ 500 pieces just fine, on ~ 80 FPS.
But when i add my 897 symbol (without space) formulas to 12 rotators, something start to go wrong.
Spontaneously, upon world start, FPS drops to 5-10 and runs like that untill you press restart with a chance of reappearing of the problem.
I never thought FT may take so much processing power.
