I'm not talking about the ones that are supposed to be built from scratch because only a manchild would do that. I wanna get a PC that is somewhat cheap but stronk and can maybe run DCS. The PC market here in the Philippines is fine but not vast amount of choices.

My HP Notebook 15 is a potato but can run Minecraft and shaders well xD, in SP it can run
Low profile smoothly and a max of 1200 parts. It can also run high profile but with some lag and a max of 500 parts

Build your own PC, it is very rewarding. GPU's are currently extremely expensive, so maybe wait a little while.
