Shift + K to reconnect part T to bring up Transform panel Y to bring up part Properties Alt+Mouse left and right to avoid accidentally moving parts P for paint panel
you can copy an aircraft URL , and use Control + L to download a plane.
IN FLIGHT
L for slow motion ; for fast forward < and > for weapons selection F to cycle weapon modes Enter for Autopilot
there is prob more that I always use but they're in my muscle memory and cant remember anything.

shift+wasdqe to nudge parts around
all I can say is now you can build things easier. the UI on PC is very friendly.
