@AWESOMENESS360 ye, the Mi-12V was built to replace the aging Mi-6 helicopter but when the mi-12 was found to have several difficulty the project was abandoned and they started a new project to make a powerful helicopter which we now know as the Mi-26.
I feel like the Mi-26 gets all the credit for being the strongest helicopter in the world, when the MiL-V12 can lift nearly twice as much, as far as I can remember. It’s also the biggest helicopter ever made, truly an awesome feat of aviation that isn’t recognized as much as it deserves to be. T!

@JuanNotAnAlt yes
Is this based off from @Boelin's Mil V-12 which he had abandoned?
