[BUG - Windows] "HUD Weapons Select interface" No Longer Accepts Mouse Clicks

I have no clue if this was an Intentional Change, or if it's a Bug.
Might've been an undocumented change, or I couldn't just as easily missed it in the changelog. Every scenario here seems equally likely so I've opted to file it as a Bug just in case.

The Bug:

The... HUD Weapons Select+Action Group interface (for lack of a better description), that's at the bottom of the screen after spawning in... It no longer allows for selecting-weapons-via-mouseclick anymore (at least on Windows platform).

After switch to an attack mode that has multiple weapon systems available -- for example Air-to-Ground using the Jundroo Vertigo build -- in v1.10.106 and older it would allow us to mouseclick them to switch, albeit at the cost of triggering the weapon system if you're like me and have Left-Click bound to FireWeapons (I don't remember if this is default keybind or not?).

The ActionGroup buttons are still clickable, as is Gear and clicking on the "Speed" readout mode (GS, IAS, TAS).

Important Finding: While typing the below suggestion and confirming what I was saying, I found out that the Weapons CAN still be selected with a mouseclick when the Menu is open (game paused). So this is only presenting while the game is not paused.


Piggy-backed Bug/Request:

Whether or not the inability to click on to select the weapon system is intentional, it WOULD be great if when the user is interacting in that specific "interactive" region of the UI, for SP to Ignore performing any other (""background"") function...
OR to at least have there be a Setting to configure that based on personal preference (I can't think of a reason anyone would want that to happen, but that definitely doesn't mean there aren't any situations that'd require it...)

Examples:
1) If I have the Rocket selected, and then go to click on AG7, it applies that single Mouseclick Event intended only to toggle AG7, to also launching a Rocket. (My immediate thought was that this may be why the weapon select click was removed, as I figure in VR or Mobile this might've been doing the same thing? Perhaps the fact it's a dynamic menu, it behaves different on those platforms...)
2) If I have a Boom 50 selected and want to click on the Menu hamburger or the Camera eye buttons, well now I've ended up also dropping it accidentally.

A mouseclick while the Menu is open doesn't cause those ""collateral events"" to occur, say while clicking on the screen to rotate the camera, even though the AG and Gear can be toggled despite the game being paused -- which to me indicates that the game is able to monitor and segregate inputs on multiple levels.

Hence why it feels almost like a Bug.
