I’d think so. Check the numerous videos to see if it features any racetracks of Maywar.

Well, I have no idea, so as Tookan said, best if you try to find it yourself.
You can use this map as it's the most up-to-date map of SP that I know of (it does take some time to get to Maywar, depending on how fast you are going, so keep that in mind)
