My theory about the cause of the crash is the following (in that order):

1. Part of the right or left wing, probably the winglet, broke off
   because of Ice formation

2. Due to the subsequent aerodynamic impairment of the wing, the aircraft tilted to the right or left

3. Impact with fuel on board
