@HuskyDynamics01 This happens to me all the time. The best thing to do is save the plane, then drag the part connected to the cockpit to the delete button. Then, you will only be left with the disconnected parts. Reload the plane, locate the parts and reconnect them. Just one more way for SP to make life harder.

why do I suffer so much from this to the point of removing any existing physics in it, and it doesnt fix it

9) The Label has no thickness which means I CAN NOT give a certain word about my these labels are located correctly or not.
Not exactly sure how FT causes OCD, it either works as you intended or there's a software bug you've gotta catch

when your plane has -0.2 degrees per second of auto roll, not a big problem, but enough to notice it
Actually I find #1 to be even worse when it's the entire plane that's slightly offset
