If you think about it...

Everyone here has their own paint scheme...
I'm gray and orange
Nerfaddict is neon blue and black
CarrotDynamics is gray
etc.

I used to only use 2-3 grays, I like it but it's kind of boring
I'm getting into better colors but I still build in gray before painting to reduce eye strain
    .
Add-on: I paint hidden parts in magenta, game engines use it to show rendering bugs for good reason. A long time ago I just used red or lime but those are colors with actual use

I used to do a funky dark teal (probably five years ago now), but I've since switched to either some base color with blue accents or white/silver/red for most of mine.

Rather early paint scheme. Not using that today

Black and white's pretty cool. I might do a livery of my viper and publish it.

@IceCraftGaming It's kinda like a quality slider, you have low (default paint), medium (black) and high (gray). Funny how the paint alone gives away the quality of the plane.

Actually if I make any civilian planes the colors would be blue and black.
Assuming it’s fictional and not a replica.

@IceCraftGaming Seems to vary between default (white and orange), black and gray depending on how much i actually cared when making the plane.
