There are some changes that were made to the account deletion system to comply with Apple app store regulations. I think the name of the button was changed to clarify its function.

Huh, weird thing to update. I also noticed a while ago they changed up the follow system a bit (you can no longer follow deleted accounts or see who they are following), maybe it was added with that.
