This is for custom screenshots in thumbnails:

1. Take your screenshot
2. Open the eye icon on the top right
3. Click the icon that looks like a piece of blueprint.
4. Set your view and open a blueprint picture. Choose your screenshot
5. Move your screenshot so that your plane isn't in the way of the picture
6. Adjust your zoom so the screenshot fills the frame
7. Close the blueprint thing, and without moving your camera, go and share your plane.
