@temporaryplanetester it depends how skilled is the creator. If your looking for a good plane, you need to look at the creator if he's good at designing planes. You can download high quality planes from YSDecaff; he is a skilled designer
@Red920 I mean the planes you can download from the fan-made sites, not the default ones.
They're reasonably detailed, but most seem to not have any animations. Maybe it's some weird bug on my end idk.
@temporaryplanetester yeah like the flaps doesnt help when landing but its fine for me because its a very old game so its not that detailed. (sorry about my grammar).
Yes, it's a fun flight sim but it's hard to find detailed planes sadly (with moving control surfaces and stuff, most seem to be static models for some reason).
It also went open-source a while ago, but it seems only documentation is getting made for now, maybe it'll get a feature update in the future.
@Red920 Unfortunately nah. I would have if I knew how modding worked, the biggest hurdle for me is fcking texture unwrapping. Otherwise I'd do it.

@Griffon1 are you one of the modders in YS cuz your name sounds familiar

I just tested it out. It's pretty decent, but I don't think it holds a candle to SimplePlanes. I know it's an old sim but you get what I mean
@temporaryplanetester i think it will never get an update anymore because i heard the creator just abandoned the game. ( i dunno if its true)
