Yes. The title.
TLDR: what is the specific engine nozzle open amount per throttle? (best wording I could find, trust me)
or: is the engine throttle amount respective to engine nozzle open amounts?
or: is the nozzle open amount start with a wide opening, then as you throttle up have a smaller and smaller opening, then does it go wide again for AB?

Explanation:
So. The other day I was watching dcs f15 eagle clips, and the dude gets to this part where he is throttling the engine and it’s like | | then / \ then /\ then || for AB. Contradictory to this, Ace combat 7 (look, they get their models spot on so…) has the thing in the f-15 where it’s / \ then /\ then ||. The f16 doesn’t even appear to move, except for afterburner. The f-14D also appears to get smaller by a very small bit. What is happening with the thing? Why aren’t the nozzles moving? In our beloved game (sp) the nozzles do move? What’s happening here?
edit: according to this vid, the f-16 has throttle nozzle control? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Oj4w7i-TqsE&pp=ygUQRjExMCBlbmdpbmUgdGVhdA%3D%3D

I'm confused about what you actually asking but you can always make custom engine nozzle that behave as you want it.
I noticed that in sp as you throttle up the nozzle get closeed but in another game i played "HAWAK" this is reversed
