A couple things I suggest:

• if you want to learn how to make fuselage planes, just go online and search "how to make xxx in simpleplanes", and you'll find many, many tutorials from old forum posts and YouTube videos. Many people make the mistake of not using the treasure trove of resources on the Internet, and because they can't learn, their builds can't improve.
• To get attention on your builds, use custom thumbnails instead of screenshots taken in the designer. Here's me explaining how to do that.
  Also, I recommend that you edit your screenshots; every smartphone should have a default photo-editing function. If you use it right, you can make awesome thumbnails.
• Get a profile picture. Even though it doesn't change much, it still makes you look like the type of guy that puts effort into SP.
