High Commission forced to evacuate

In a letter sent by Elle Dressenvier, High Commissioner of Snowstone for the Wright Isles, they are now being forced to evacuate due to a war between Snowstone and the Wright Isles. Here is the transcript of the letter.

FROM THE HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR THE WRIGHT ISLES

Due to a conflict, I have evacuated from my post. Glory to our Baller.

DRESSENVIER

During the war period, the Krakabloan Embassy in the Wright Isles intercepted a message from President Pfister that attempted to recruit Krakabloans to "assist in the elimination of the puny city-state's civilian population, therefore reducing manpower drastically". The embassy then made a copy for the High Commission to be sent to the SNC's Special Branch.
The interception enraged the president, which led to her writing an evacuation order, threatening those who don't comply. The threat? "Having the same fate Snowstone received", according to the threat.

Invaders attempt to steal Baller (for 100 times)

CCTV cameras spotted 4 people in camouflage uniforms attempting to lift the barrier protecting the Baller from further thefts (a fail). After a few minutes, one of them tried to jump over to no avail. This continued until one of them brought a rope and attempted to remove it. They were surprised that the rope snapped. All of this were done a hundred times until visitors of the Snowstone Institute of Fine Arts (where the Baller was housed) spotted the soldiers and handed them over to a nearest police station.
