NEW GAMES?
in a recent post, our president, @AndrewGarrison , has referenced that there might be other games coming in the future from Jundroo. This corroborates with the fact that there has not been a Simpleplanes update in a looong time. In his post, Titled What's Next?, he stated that "there are other project ideas that we are very excited about as well. Part of the team has been focusing on research and development and rest assured that once we have something more substantial to share you can expect more frequent updates from us."
something more substantial? like a new game?
RUMORS OF A NEW GAME?
There are already many theories and rumors about what this new "project" is, and what the dev team is researching and developing. personally, I would like a Simpletanks, or maybe a solely car-based game called Simplewheels, featuring new and improved car physics, realistic speeds, suspension, and varieties of tires and engines to use in the builds to customize speed, handling, and traction for your car, as well as a new map with immersive roads, and maybe, if we're lucky, multiplayer racing. some rumors include there is new development in Juno: New Origins, where they are making new parts and rockets? others say that maybe they are just working on a huge, secret update for Simpleplanes, which would make better part optimization, weapons systems, a new map, and more! whatever this mysterious "new project" is, we'll be waiting, Jundroo!
