Sail The Sky!

After releasing a trailer often called the "Simpleplanes Movie", @Annedzsrue has released his first establishment in this up-and-coming plane series, which is called "Sail the Sky" and is expected to have stunning beauty, amazing functionality, and realistic performance, all in large seaplanes from the 1910's. His first plane, the Felixstowe F.4 Fury, is a large exploration triplane from the British Air Marine Navigation Co Ltd. At least two more planes can be expected in the future, maybe even within this week. His first plane features realistic wing dynamics and functions, an immersive and interactive interior, and a deep navy blue livery for its respective company. The community is buzzing over this, meaning this may probably be the hot topic of the week.

SimpleDOOM?

@IzzyIA recently posted a video showcasing a WIP creation called "SimpleDOOM", saying that the video showed a very early version of the game, which would likely look very different upon it's release. This video showed a selective menu to start the game, and a show-off of the tester (it is unknown whether this is @IzzyIA at this time) walking around a pixellated 3D map shooting monsters. This seems to be very similar to the original DOOM and is being watched closely and excitedly by many of the Simpleplanes players to see what this will look like when it comes out. This build may have a high part count, but it does not require mods and is mobile friendly!

Featured Creator of the Week: PlaneFlightX!

@PlaneFlightX is a creator who has been building airplanes for over 7 years! A dedicated programmer who helps teach newer players how to make better planes, he is a favorite among the Simpleplanes fans. He is the owner of SWL, Lexair, Snake Air, and Lava airways. His most recent plane is the SWL-10, With an amazing interior and realistic startup procedure as well as good flight dynamics. He is currently working on a new jet airliner called the SWL-120, with an even more realistic startup procedure and something no one has been able to accomplish before: fully functional flight computers with many pages of uploadable flight plans.
