You can only get in there by

I flew into it once as a F-16 but, it is a bit hard, so try slowing down before landing inside
I have a slightly complicated solution. Basically I make a custom location right between the missile turrets, then make a build that's just a bomb sitting high enough to cause it to explode when allowed to fall, then spawn said build in that custom location, destroying the turrets. Its a bit hairy, but it gets to job done.
With some practice, you can also get in at a more controllable speed by coming in from behind, over the top of the base, and then ducking down inside before the missile turrets have time to swivel and lock. You'll need something very maneuverable and fairly slow, though.
Be very fast or spam countermeasures.
