F-8E Crusader - 5,000 Points Celebration Build - Progress
Progress is coming smoothly!
The landing wing configuration is modelled, as well as the slats, this is my first time putting a lot of effort into wings, I think they've turned out great so far!
With some help from Schmeckles05 It also features a proper gearbay, though I will not detail it, I don't think that's necessary, but it exists.
Thats all for the F-8E teasers for now stay tuned!
How progress builds overtime
SimplePlanes is truly unique when it comes to building a skill.
You may not even notice how much you've improved over time, as improvement happens slowly overtime, but I think SimplePlanes showcases this pretty well, upon creating my F-8E I took a look back, to a build I made right before I made my first ever post back in 2022.
This thing, I named the F-1A Early, inspired by the F-8 in a way.
Compared with my F-8E, one year later
At the time I was impressed with myself for this being my first real build, although, I first project I put effort into was my Fictional MiG-21.
It goes to show, these builds are not great, they never really were, and even now I'm still not "amazing" at building aircraft on SimplePlanes, but looking at what I have achieved a year on, with my F-5E Remaster, upcoming Yak-141 and soon to be F-8E, I can see, I have improved majorly, so take a look back at what you've improved on, be it a year, or two, or maybe only a month, you'll notice that its the small improvements that end up making the biggest change in the end.
Thank you for 5000 points everyone, have a good day!
