Assuming you are meaning Potassium [subscript] 3, all that would indicate is three potassium atoms per molecule (plus this does in fact already happen - with iron - in potassium ferricyanide and several other compounds).
Also, Potassium-3 would either be a compound or an ion, not a new element. If the number of protons doesn't change, it's still potassium.
(As a final thing, allow me to introduce you to the "rumored" Helium-2, the diproton. Other than your terminology this is probably the most cursed thing you mentioned.)
