I just learned about PIDs and I’m trying to use one.
I thought a PID would be suitable to make an automatic throttle control that would maintain a specific speed.
I need help tuning it and actually incorporating it into an FT expression that controls the throttle.
When my PID is disturbed, it either takes 30 seconds to respond or oscillates very widely
The PID
here it is: PID(APspeed, TAS, 2, 1, 1)
APspeed is a custom setter I made
- Expression:
TAS - Priority: 0
- Activator:
