I also used that one, and usually 10 by 10 will work, but it all depends on the picutre, the different values can be different depending on lots of things. 15 by 15 always works first time tho, so you can just decrease it until its right.
check the version of the software, the old versions have a bug in certain locales (especially euro ones)
anyways, there is no reason to use it, since there are better alternatives

Yes. You probably did not make the label big enough. Go into overload, and set the width to 15, and the hight to 15, and then see if it works.
