Use wheels. It's possible to make them using high-friction hemispheres, fuselage pieces, and rotators, but this method is not only difficult but incredibly tedious. Just ask my three attempts at this style of tank tracks- all of which failed.
However, I'll ask/tell this one thing, do you want aesthetics or functionality?
If you want a more track-like aesthetic, use a build style like this or this, but if you want a more off-road functional track aesthetic, this or this build style will be beneficial.

I just use fuselage inlet pieces, then add wheels on the inside, just look at my TR-6800, that works pretty well
@Rob119WithA105mmHowitzer @SamTheUncle alright, I'll do that. Thanks
Just use wheels. You can add fuselage panels, or text panels, or tons of stuff for effects, as well though.
@Karroc9522 usually you just use wheels
