Press shift 5 times in quick succession and this jarringly loud popup gets in your face and completely disrupts every goddamn thing you're doing.
I'm gonna let you imagine how bad this can be.
Apparently, at least in Windows 11, it can be turned off. Wish I did that ages ago...

my gaming laptop has them off by default but my dad's old computer I would play Roblox on, I turned off sticky keys for it

The notification can be turned off, at least in Windows 11, fortunately. I recently did.
