If you guys didnt know, there is an option to have your plane controlled by the ai in the dogfight mode. Is there anyway to implement this into the normal game(maybe as another option for the autopilot) or is that impossible?

You will need a very long and complex funky trees code. But even then, you will have to fire weapons your self.
