@32 I just searched for "unity low poly car pack" images and looked for the one that had cars from the trailer in it. I initially identified the right one from the tan van with red and orange stripes, and then I checked back with the trailer to make sure the other vehicles were also from the same pack.
@WNP78 But will this mesh method be applied to others' craft in MP for SP2, given that there will be far less of them online at any given time on one server compared to however many instances of cars there will be on the map? Curious how native MP would be optimized here compared to the old MP mod
Imo, it would have been much cooler if they asked players to model some simple cars in SP and then used those as assets. Maybe they could have made a challenge and the top 20 or something cars could have made it into SP2 as ai cars
Afaik, most of car asset packs from unity are lowpoly, such as these, which is I'm familiar of. But from upon closer look from my view, they probably modelled some of it, idk, I just play too much games :v

@BMilan the geometry load of a SP craft exported to a mesh would just be far too much to instance that many times for a map feature sadly.
