In a dogfight, it's impossible to use helicopters and boats and the such, so what if you could pull up a map or something and choose starting speed, location, and if touch water/land disqualifies you. Also make it possible to have more than two planes at once as well as a small no fire time in races.

How to customize dogfight
When piting AI against AI the opposing AI always wins or they both crash. Ive never seen a good AI dogfight
Suggestion : Also add AI levels. From "Rookie" to "Ace".
Lowest AI level only attacks you when engaged, never use missiles, and never use any combat maneuvers.
Highest AI level attacks you without mercy, frequently use missiles (if available), does advanced maneuvers (such as Immelmann Turn and Kulbit), and always tries to evade missiles. May also use hills and cliffs for evasion.
I like to pit planes against each other AI to AI to test dogfight performance and some times I fly them too. My suggestion is I wish there can be an option that I could click that would remove all and any type of missiles and bombs from all planes -leaving only guns on each plane only for the dogfight. This option would not change any saved plane.

I personally noticed some issues when I add a very maneuverable plane and the AI takes over it wobbles and Wiggles until the other stalls and or crashes into the ground developers get on it :-)
