1) Be someone people recognize (participate in forums and post planes often)
2) Take good photos
3) Post when people can look (not midnight on a weekday, noon on a weekend, around when people get back from school or work or wherever they go)
4) Give it color!
5) Get a good name for the plane (not LOL or IDK, be creative!)
6) Put a description
7) Put time and effort in (again, no LOL)
8) Make something people will recognize
9) Help others and be friendly. Usually you will get stuff in return. No one likes a jerk.
10) Have fun. SP is a game!
Also, check out beginning users and give them some upvotes for a head start.
On a seperate note:
Any ideas on what I should build next?
Note: I use iOS
AVRO 1 triplane@bspboy
But at least it has color and a "description". And it at least looks good. @SwagAircrafts
I made a stupid build it's one of my bast builds and my only non plane build and it's called "LOL" XD
Tagging your planes helps a bunch. Also i find if i go check out someone elses planes i usually find one i want to download. And i even sometimes upvote without downloading. Just because of inspiration and what not.
Ya. Someone made a challenge to make it fly. All hail lord Andrew! @FatNinja
@bspboy lol i Think its programmed to not make it fly only lord andrew can make tiny fly.
I didn't put it in any particular order. It was almost a checklist. @ChaMikey
Try to get it to fly! My iPad crashes when I try. @FatNinja
There, I fixed it. I was kinda running out of points. @ODINxKANE
number 3 is my problem.. i post everyrtime people sleep and go to school/work. although i did wait until morning in the U.S or afternoon in Europe which was like 01.00AM here. still, being friendly is number 1 for me. wee need moar postz liek diz!
try to get uss tiny up to 1000mph
i've did it before. just a couple of XML edited engines but doesn't work now due to fuel glitch fixed
I agree with all the points except number 1, you don't have to be popular already just be willing to communicate and be active in the forums and the game... I guess rather than be popular work on becoming popular would be my replacement for number one...
A flying falice! No wait I already called it
Also, I realize this is a bit off topic and may not be the place to discuss it, but I wish that we had fewer lurkers (users who will download many a plane, but never leave comments or upvote). Please don't take this as me complaining about a lack of upvotes because I think my planes are "the bomb" (trying not to curse, kids use this site).
I do that too. Unless it is a model I have on a shelf. If it isn't real, give it a flashy title that makes people think it is. @MisterMasada
Number 8 makes me wish I didn't dedicate myself to coming up with planes from scratch, well, mostly scratch. Otherwise good points.
@Skua lol @bspboy same xD
All good points. Just to add to number 3: American afternoons are the busiest times.
Thanks @SimpleName11 and @Garuda1
I'm happy someone actually looked. Thanks. Usually mine just get buried. @Nickasaurus @TehDuck
Well said
