I wanted to take a moment to touch base on a subject that affects all of us here. I'm not going to state any names. Those of you who I am addressing here know who you are. I am speaking directly to you, but this message applies to the community as a whole.
Some of you really detract from the enjoyment that is to be had on this website. You don't affect my fun with the game in general, but strictly with the social aspect of this website. I feel as if a number of you go out of your way to be rude and demeaning to others. And it needs to stop.
There's a lot to be said about a person with how they treat random people on the internet. If you're willing to treat an absolute stranger like dirt, someone you don't know and possibly whom you've had no prior interaction with... that speaks volumes about your character.
When I was dating, if I took a girl out to a restaurant and she was needlessly rude to the wait staff. Then that would automatically exclude her from any further involvement in my life. You can tell a lot about a person by how they treat waiters and waitresses.
That same concept applies here. There is way too much petty bickering, theft, harrassment, lying, name calling and general childish and uncouth behavior around here. This needs to stop.
A good number of you need to reassess your morals and values, and take a moment to consider that there might be an actual person with a point of view, with opinions, and with emotions at the other end of that user name.
Treat others as you yourself would like to be treated. If you aren't able to treat others fairly, and with respect... then please see yourself out, as that behavior isn't welcome here. I, for one, am growing tired of it.

@pavthepilot if you can link me to some comments that were made that are asking for votes then perhaps I can look in to it. But, I am not going to ask him and his friends to stop voting each others stuff. I have friends here that I generally vote their uploads and they generally do the same for me. There is nothing wrong with that. Asking for votes is another issue.
@TheLatentImage I want to report something ,an user named mymessage has agroup of 'friends ' and they are always upvoting each others stuff , the rules are saying that upvoting someone and asking him to upvote you is illegal so please give him a warning
I do agree. I have seen my fellow builder MasterKiryu get his creation scrutinized because it apparently looks like a whale. Those kinds of people really need to work on their etiquette. @TheLatentImage

@TheChosenZebra I don't hate on anyone trying to resolve genuine issues. My quarrel is with the way that issues are approached. You can have a disagreement with someone and discuss it with them without being a jerk.
I feel like you include people who hate on genuine issues...

As brought up here about the real person on the other end, I personally never understood how someone could treat someone so poorly over the internet, but would never have the guts to do that face to face, and the other thing, you being on the other end, you can put down your phone or log off your computer at any given time without someone getting hurt [rambles more]

@TheLatentImage I did order the ribeye, I normally make that sort of thing myself, for 1/3 the price, but it was outstanding. while I could make the steak that good, I could not have made those veggies that came with it. It was worth the splurge occasion.

@Nerdtronics You've got the right idea buddy. One thing that I pay attention to when I'm out to eat is my drink cup. The waiter/waitress doesn't have any control over what's going on in the kitchen. So getting upset at them for the food taking a while might be a bit of barking up the wrong tree. But my drink... well that's a different story. That is their sole responsibility. The longer my drink cup stays empty... the more of the tip that dwindles away. (For any non Americans reading, it is customary to tip your waiter/waitress a monetary amount of 15% or more of the pre-tax amount for your food bill.)
Sorry to hear that your crush was rude and snuffed out the interest. That's a bit of a bummer.

@TheLatentImage It's funny to read this right now, as I just got home from my friend's wive's B-day party, and I've had a crush on one of her friends for some time now. and we were talking most of the night. The Food was taking a while, but it was an upscale restaurant, (talking $45 Steaks, normally above my means). half of the table started complaining about our waiter, and being generally rude to him, lead by the girl i'm interested in. I Immediately clammed up, and spent no more extra effort speaking to her, nor will I in the future.
I feel I've been pretty even keeled here in the SP Community, save for Razzing the winner of the tournament a couple weeks ago whose plane was simple... I guess I was just caught up in the competition, and upset with the bridge deaths.
Moral of the story here is; There's a real person on the other end of the keyboard folks. try to remember that they have feelings, stresses, and and lives besides just SP.

I am a neutral player. But that does not mean I won't call players out who are clearly breaking the rules that they should know. If the user is new though, I just tell them that what they are doing is against the rules and people do not like when people break the rules. As for @TheLatentImage very well said mate.
