To keep from clustering the other post, I decided to comment anpother post,
The ES file viewer should be available on the apple store, but if not, you just need to find any file viewer that has a search function, search the name of a saved plane, open it with either the in-app editor, or the external program your device has installed already, this should allow you to edit them, as long as you have the coding skill. If not, you can always comment me and I can do it for you...

So far, AI only woks for airplanes. AI spawns any saved creation in a random location. If you want to find an AI plane first, set the AI settings to max. Then, go to air-to-air mode. As long as you have no air-to-air missiles, your planes wont attack you! Be warned though, some planes can be hostile and try to ram you.

AI can't drive, as far as I know. When they add Human vs AI racetrack races then AI will be able to drive, I'm sure.
